What's in our Whiteboards & Presentation range
-
Whiteboards — magnetic porcelain (the workhorse for schools and meeting rooms), melamine for low-use rooms, and glass boards for the smarter look. Sizes from desk-side 600×450 right up to 2400×1200 boardroom panels.
-
Mobile whiteboards & easels — double-sided boards on castors for open-plan offices, training rooms and rentals where drilling into walls isn't an option.
-
Flipcharts & pads — magnetic and tripod easels for facilitators, plus refill pads in plain, gridded and self-stick.
-
Notice boards & pinboards — cork, fabric and combination boards in framed and frameless styles. Lockable display cases for school corridors and reception areas.
-
Whiteboard markers, erasers and cleaner — quality dry-erase pens that don't ghost, plus the cleaning supplies that keep boards looking new.
-
Frames, display stands and brochure holders — sign holders, poster snap frames, A-frame pavement signs and floor display stands for retail, events and reception.
Choosing the right whiteboard
The big decisions are surface, size, and whether you need it magnetic or mobile.
Surface: melamine is cheapest but ghosts after a year of heavy use; porcelain-on-steel is the standard for schools and busy meeting rooms (lasts 10+ years, won't stain); glass looks the smartest and never ghosts but costs more and needs proper wall fixings. Size: rough rule — measure the back-row viewing distance in metres and match it to the diagonal in metres. Most meeting rooms want 1200×900 or 1500×1200; classrooms and boardrooms 1800×1200 or larger. Magnetic vs not: magnetic adds a small premium but lets you pin notices, photos and print-outs — worth it for shared spaces. Mobile vs wall-mounted: wall-mount for permanent rooms, mobile for hot-desks, training rooms and rentals.
For NZ schools, ECEs and offices
Most school orders go out as a single consolidated delivery to one site, but we can split-ship across multiple campuses if needed — just flag it at checkout. Custom sizes (printed gridded layouts, weekly planners, term calendars, bespoke wall fits) are quoted within a day; lead time is usually 2–3 weeks for fabrication. For office fitouts, we work with project managers to coordinate delivery dates with the rest of the install. Bulk orders of markers, erasers and pads ship same-day with the boards.
