Do Our Products Come with a Warranty?

Some do, and some don’t.

Warranty coverage depends on the type of product it is. For example, almost all office furniture, equipment, presentation products, technology products will have warranty. While general office supplies generally will not have a warranty.

If a product include a warranty, it will be a manufacturer’s warranty, and the terms, including duration and coverage are set by the supplier.

We recommend checking the product description for warranty details. If it's not listed or you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm it for you.

What Does a Manufacturer’s Warranty Usually Cover?

A typical manufacturer’s warranty will cover:

  • Structural faults or defects in materials
  • Issues caused during production (not wear and tear)
  • Specific components like frames, gas lifts, or castors depending on the product

What’s covered and how long it lasts varies between suppliers, some offer 12 months, while others, particularly for commercial or premium items, offer longer terms. Some products come with 6, 10 or even longer warranty periods.

What if the product I'm buying doesn't have a warranty?

Even without a warranty, the Consumer Guarantees specifies that goods supplied should be fit for purpose and function for a reasonable period of time. If a product arrived damaged, please get in touch asap, and we'll rectify any issues immediately.

For products that break soon after use, again we ask you to contact us asap to have any isssues remediated asap.
