At Discount Office, we aim to deliver your order reliably and affordably throughout New Zealand. Here’s what you need to know:
Shipping Rates
Free delivery on orders over $30 (GST inclusive) to all NZ addresses, including rural addresses.
Orders under $30 incur a flat $5 delivery fee, including to rural locations.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Most orders received by 3:30 pm on a business day dispatch either the same day or next business day.
- Other items have indicative dispatch times on their respective product pages.
- If you haven't received a dispatch notification or your order within the estimated timeframes, and we haven't notified of any delays, please contact us.
Delivery Times & Carriers
- Main centres: expect delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Bulk or freight items: transit times vary by carrier.
- We partner with reputable couriers such as Courier Post, NZ Couriers, Mainfreight and more to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
- PO Box deliveries are available for appropriately sized packages. In some cases, it may not be possible to deliver to your PO Box and we will advise you of this.
- All orders ship from within New Zealand.
- We ship only within New Zealand but delivery to NZ-based freight forwarders is available in some cases.
Express Delivery
Express shipping may be available for selected locations and products at an additional cost. Contact us at support@discountoffice.co.nz for options and pricing.
Click & Collect
For items marked “Click & Collect,” you’ll receive confirmation when your order is ready. Please allow the indicated hours for preparation, then collect with your order number. A photo ID may be required at the specified location.
