With its long, thin body, POSCA Pastel can be used like a pencil. Ergonomic, its grip is natural and guarantees great comfort of use, even during intense creative sessions. Equally at home for fill work and detail work, it's easy to sharpen to keep a fine tip for clean, precise lines.
POSCA Pastel allows you to explore many creative techniques such as shading, scratching or smoothing, it is also particularly effective for contrast effects or when mixing colors. It can even be heat molded to create unique texture effects!
Their unique formula contains more wax than oil, so colours are vibrant with a super smooth finish. This also means that POSCA Pastels leave hardly any residue on the page.
Colours can be blended and overlaid, you can stipple, colour block, cross-hatch, scratch and outline. Plus, you can heat the sticks to create textured effects.
