Unmatched structural toughness.
Premium grade film allows you to achieve an optimum containment force to keep your shipment safe.
Its holding strength can sustain punctures, where any perforation on the film will not lead to further tearing. Packaging costs per pallet can also be reduced significantly without the need for more film due to it’s structural toughness and ability to be stretched up to 350%.
- Roll: 500mm x 1420mt
- Strength: 23 micron
- Core: 58mm
- Colour: Clear
Stretch film pulls a stacked pallet into one block so it travels without toppling. Two things drive the choice. Hand or machine: hand rolls are short enough to wrap by hand with a dispenser, while machine rolls are long and run on a powered wrapper for higher volume. And the micron gauge: 9 to 12 micron for light loads, 15 to 20 for general use, 23 and up for heavy or sharp-cornered freight. Clear film is standard, black film hides the contents, narrow bundling film ties poles and pipes, and pallet top covers sheet the top against weather. Close the cartons first with packaging tape, box up in cardboard boxes, and see every roll in our stretch film collection.
