Pearl EX Powdered Pigments are Jacquard's most versatile product. Pearl Ex is a safe, pearlescent, non-toxic, inert powder that exhibits extreme colorfastness and stability. This set includes a foldout with 2 projects: Christmas Ornaments and Magical Moments Scrapbooking (additional materials required for projects). Use Pearl EX for watercolor projects, faux finishes or rubber stamping. Can be mixed with other artist media such as oils, acrylics and encaustic.
