The ink pad is built into the stamp body. When you press down, the die flips against the pad, inks up, then strikes the paper. It re-inks itself every time, so you get thousands of clean impressions before the pad needs topping up.

Yes. Custom stamps are made to order on Trodat self-inking mounts. Choose the print area that fits your wording, from small 11mm rounds up to 116 x 70mm plates, with single or two-colour pad options. They suit business names, addresses, logos and return blocks.

Re-ink it. Self-inking stamps take a matching ink cartridge or refill bottle in the same colour. Add a few drops or swap the cartridge and the stamp prints at full strength again, so there is no need to replace the whole unit.

A dater prints the date, sometimes alongside a phrase like RECEIVED or PAID. A numbering machine prints a number and steps it forward automatically, which suits invoices, tickets and sequential document control.
