Card or polypropylene?
- Card (manila) - cheapest by far, ideal for colour-coding and short-term sorting. Buy a mix of colours and assign one per client, day or job.
- Polypropylene - a tougher plastic that wipes clean and survives being thrown in a bag. The reusable choice.
Pick a closure
Open top is fastest for files you grab and drop. A button or stud holds paper in without slowing you down. Velcro seals a fuller wallet, and a zip keeps everything in, right down to loose receipts and a pen.
Sizes and special types
