Paints — pick by what they're painting on
Quick guide to the four main types we stock:

Poster paints — water-based, washable, cheapest per litre. Best for ECE, primary, large-group sessions and butcher paper.

Acrylic paints (Chromacryl is the NZ classroom standard) — opaque, fast-drying, water-cleanup. Works on canvas, paper, board, ceramic. Best for primary upwards.

Watercolours — for older students and finer work; pair with proper watercolour paper like Bockingford so the paint sits properly.

Oil paints — slower-drying, traditional. Senior secondary and adult work only.
Specialty colours too — metallic, fluorescent, glitter, face paints, finger paints and blackboard paint.
Paper, pads and canvases
The right surface makes the project. We stock cartridge and sketching pads, watercolour pads (Bockingford 300gsm is the school favourite), pastelmat, foamboards, and stretched canvases and panels in the standard NZ school sizes.
Glue, clay and craft
PVA glue by the litre or 5-litre for general classroom use, hot glue guns and refills for craft and display work, craft glue, glue sticks and coloured glue for younger groups. Modelling clay and play dough, glitter and coloured sand, paper mâché, complete craft kits and sticker-making for self-contained sessions.
The setup — easels, aprons, storage
Tabletop and full-height easels, drawing boards, aprons and smocks in child and adult sizes, splash mats and non-spill paint pots and trays. Storage cases, folders and display books for finished work and term-by-term archiving.
