A single-pocket folder holds a short document or a set of handouts on one side. A double-pocket folder has a pocket on each inside face, which lets you present a covering letter or business card on one side and the main document on the other. Double pocket is the usual choice for a sales proposal or a formal quote.
Gloss gives a bright, professional sheen that suits sales and marketing material. Matt is more understated and resists fingerprints, which suits a corporate or formal document. Leathergrain adds a textured, premium feel. Colours run white, black, navy and blue, so the folder can match a brand or a document type.
