Are compatible cartridges safe to use in the Lexmark 2400?

Yes. Our compatible cartridges are manufactured to match the original Lexmark specifications and undergo print-quality testing. They will not void your printer warranty under New Zealand consumer law (Consumer Guarantees Act). If you experience any issue, we offer a full money-back guarantee.

How fast can I get cartridges for my 2400 delivered?

Auckland orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Most North Island addresses receive their order the next business day; South Island typically 1–2 business days. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders over $30.

What's the difference between genuine and compatible Lexmark ink?

Genuine Lexmark cartridges are manufactured by Lexmark and carry the OEM brand. Compatible cartridges are made by reputable third-party manufacturers to the same specifications, typically at a 30–50% lower price. Both fit and function identically in your Lexmark 2400; the choice comes down to budget vs. brand preference.
