What You Need to Do
If you've purchased any of these products between the above specified dates, we have already contacted you to your email address
Please stop using and remove any EC Rainbow Sand products immediately. Keep them isolated until they can be safely disposed of properly.
Disposal Instructions
- If stored in a container: Seal securely and arrange safe disposal through a licensed professional.
- If loose or currently in use:
- Ask everyone to leave the area immediately
- Block access to the area
- Do not vacuum, sweep or attempt to clean up the sand
- Contact a licensed professional for safe removal
- Do not dispose of the sand in general waste. WorkSafe strongly recommends using a licensed asbestos removalist for safe disposal

Cost Refunds & Reimbursements
- We will issue credit note/refund for any stock you hold. Please email us to office@discountoffice.co.nz or simply reply to this email.
- For reimbursement of disposal costs, please ensure a tax invoice/receipt is obtained and emailed to office@discountoffice.co.nz.
